First, the light business...
I hope everyone had a merry Christmas!
And an acronym of the day: Joy and Wonder (JAW)
Alright, now onto more pressing matters. I had been planning on writing a happy post about Andy Warhol, the pop artist who immortalized not only Marilyn Monroe's day-glo face through pop art, but also lots and lots of Campbell's soup! SOUP ART, people! For that, we call him a hero. Yay, Andy Warhol! If you don't remember Warhol, these should trigger your memory:
BUT THEN...as I was reading the news...I came across something that changed my mood dramatically. "Mystery Surrounds Theft Of Renowned Artwork In NYC". It seems that some of Andy Warhol's paintings disappeared around Thanksgiving time from Greenwich Village and they just discovered the theft. My heart absolutely sank when I saw one of the surveillance photos they captured.
I know that the pre-surgery stress was probably unbearable and that Angie would never do this again, so friends and family, can we please rally around Angie and concoct an alibi for Angie's Thanksgiving whereabouts before the good people of New York find their "alleged" thief?
I mean, I ask the jury, does this really look like a face that is capable of stealing?
I think not. I rest my case.
(And Angie, if there are any bodies to bury, just text me.)

Angie, we are thinking about you and think it is great that you have such a fan club! Agreed, yawning and sneezing take on a whole new level of oddness when you can't open your mouth. And for the record, Chris falls into the 10% of those who will not find a career or hobby in ventriloquism. Try macaroni and cheese blended...pretty good stuff. We are thinking about you and pulling for a speedy recovery.
